Guatemalan beans cultivated in the Huehuetenango district between 1500 and 2000 metres above sea level play a prominent role in its sensory profile. Tasters consider the coffee produced here one of the noblest full body Guatemalan coffees given its refined and intense flavour. This blend is lively and refined in the cup, while the soft acidity is reminiscent of pure cocoa and the aroma hints at hazelnut and toasted bread with notes of candied citrus.
