DESCRIPTION: preparation for white chocolate flavoured drink
INGREDIENTS: sugar, corn starch, cocoa butter (cocoa butter, skimmed milk, stabiliser: E450), thickener: E412, flavourings, salt, colouring: extract of safflower (E101).
PREPARATION: mix 25 g of powder with 100/120 ml of milk. Stir and bring to boil at low temperature. Serve hot or warm, increasing or decreasing dosage according to taste.
Capsules compatible with Lavazza® blue system coffee machines. Pack of 50 capsules. The Italian roasting method and fine grinding give the basic characteristics of this blend. Colombian Arabica from Supremo, Arabica from Mexico and Brazilian Arabica from Alta Mogiana in touch with Indian robusta from the Parchment region create a perfect espresso with a hint of freshly baked bread, cereals and attractive notes of dark chocolate.
